Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 24 hour notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
We always strive to collaborate with you. Organization booking to schedule our services require 72-hours cancellation to receive deposit refund.
How does the billing process work?
For organization scheduling for group services to secure your booking, we request a $100 deposit for mobile service with the remaining $100 to be paid 24 hours prior to your event.
What is the process for managing service request?
If your students schedule with us they get a 10% discount with your company promo code if they use our service and book with us. Within our online appointment system, you’ll find a user-friendly “Invites” section. You can either manage it yourself or allow us to take care of it for you.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
